Design Goal

There are few portable salad dressing containers currently on the market. OXO wants to develop a 2oz, leak-proof container that is better and more user-friendly than the competition. The body will be made of silicone with a cap of hard plastic. In order to have the desired functionality, the body must have a wide opening, flat bottom and the ability to completely invert so that no dressing will be too difficult to remove. There will also be a valve to stop the cap from filling with dressing when squeezed during transport. All types of salad dressing and common condiments like ketchup and mayonnaise will be supported.
