The shutdown of Firebase Dynamic Links in August 2025 broke the infrastructure. Most of F&P mask packages used QR codes powered by this service to link the physical product to specific content in the app. Consequently, this means it might break the essential journey from product to digital content the customer should have.

After meeting with stakeholders to understand their diverse requirements, I identified that while App Clips have unique content needs, they also share common structural requirements. Based on this, I developed a modular template system that balanced consistency with flexibility.

The challenge was designing an App Clip page that would impact users’ first impression. This initial touchpoint needed to clearly communicate the app's value, provide relevant context, and create a compelling pathway to full app download. It had to be flexible enough to work across different apps with varying purposes.
