During my digital design internship at NZ Post, I collaborated with a multi-disciplinary UX team in an agile environment to enhance the customer journey across the organisation's digital platforms. My work focused on a major digital transformation project, where I was responsible for migrating legacy, text-heavy content into a modern material theme and designing web pages.
