The Contract Logistics website needed to be migrated under the main NZ Post domain to streamline page management and improve link accessibility. As the page was outdated, it required a UX refresh tailored to business customers.

Our UX team used a user-centred lean canvas to gather insights from existing users and align them with NZ Post’s business goals. After stakeholder discussions, I created a wireframe that was reviewed by multiple stakeholders and the legal team for feedback and approval.
